Miami Sailing have organized a number of successful corporate events including TEAM BUILDING REGATTAS and CORPORATE RECREATIONAL SAILING EVENTS on Biscayne Bay since 2001.
We can also organize FISHING CHARTERS if this is your preference.
We work directly with the client or your representative (concierge or Meeting Planner) to customize your event in the best possible way.

We can arrange a business meeting or reception for EXECUTIVES and your CLIENTS on one yacht ( up to 6 or 12 guests) with platters or refreshments

- Beneteau 461 (luxury 46ft sloop) - from Miami Beach Marina - up to 8-12
- Leopard 4600 (luxury 46 ft cat) - from Coconut Grove - up to 12
- Beneteau 45 and 43 - from Coconut Grove - up to 6
or an enjoyable and rewarding time for your EMPLOYEES in the form of recreational sailing regatta with more boats - during a CONFERENCE or HOLIDAY party
Here we can gather up to 12 sailboats with a min 45 day notice or up to 6-8 sailboats with a shorter notice ( no less than 14 days unless payment process is fast)
Each vessel would take up to 6 participants per boat. Departure - Dinner Key Marina - 3500 Pan American Dr
For larger events over 80 ppl - we tend do divide group into morning and afternoon sail - 6 participants per boat
or gather extra fishing boats - up to 10 - also 6 participants per boat (from Key Biscayne)
If your group is over 12 and would like to be on one boat - the only option is a commercial vessel - documented with US Coast Guards for such events, big power party boats or party catamarans. We can refer you to one.
Any pleasure vessel on USA waters, including yachts ( sail or power) are always limited to 6 or 12* participants (*rental agreement signed with direct renter)

- Any corporate Group Charter event would require full payment 30 days prior / and 50% downpayment before
- pick season Dec - May - very early reservation required - as most boats are booked for day/overnite sails with months in advance
The price depends on vessels requested ( size, type ) - prices range
$850-1250 for sailing sloop
$2000-2500 for luxury cats
$1200-1500 for fishing yachts
Catering is priced additionally - depending on quantity and choices.
Tax 7% and Crew Gratuity 20% is additional to net rates
Memorable sailing events aboard modern sailboats in the range of 34 + feet averaging 40-46 ft.

We can host corporate sailing events for up to 10 sailboats/yachts - 6 participants per boat (more vessels with advanced reservations).
Sailing takes place on beautiful Biscayne Bay with departure from Coconut Grove. Participating yachts are skippered by professional and experienced U.S. Coast Guard licensed captains.
Sailing events take place all year around. Book in advance sailing season December - May as the best boats book early.
Beside recreational regattas, we can also host your corporate receptions including HOLIDAY PARTIES, business meeting, business deal celebrations - on a luxury BENETEAU 461 or BENETEAU 57 or LEOPARD 47 for maximum 12 guests per boat
