Reservation page for Beneteau sailboats e.g. "Wind Runner" 

If you would like to reserve Beneteau 461 or Beneteau 57 (this form is not for Lancer Como Tu) - RESERVATION FORM is required which is also an authorisation to charge agreed amounts. We do the charge either by Square or Paypal based on inforamtion provided in the form. That's what is required by any card processing company in order to have a physical evidence of booking. You may use self payement option online only after comfirming with us amounts - and authorisation email. Amount shall include X net rate + 7% sales tax

Due to several incidents where Paypal did not take any responsibility for fraud or unauthorised charges, we no longer accept Paypal payaments made by customers on line - we need the form which is also a physcial evidence of reservation requested by client.

Please send us an e-mail stating:

- your full name,

- contact number (cell phone number),

- charter duration,

- date/time of the charter reserved,

- amount of the deposit submitted.

The act of booking any of our boats means the customer accepts this Cancellation Policy (see below) and agrees to pay the amounts agreed.

Why is DOWNPAYMENT required?

We require DOWNPAYMENT of min. half to reserve the boat as no other reservation would be taken for this time. Once you have booked us for the cruise, we no longer accept reservations for this date & time. Therefore, there won't be any refunds due to last minute cancellations, “no show” nor shortening of the trip (if you reserve the boat for a full day - it means we are not accepting any more booking for this day - therefore last minute requests of shortening the trip and refunds cannot be accepted unless we book another charter for this time)

In short:

CANCELLATION POLICY (DAY CHARTERS):

Payment in Advance: A downpayment is required for any reservation at the time of booking; the remaining balance is due on the day of the charter (by boarding) or card 48 hrs before Corporate charters require full payment 30 days before and 50% at booking time

Deposits of cancelled charters by written notice 14 (fourteen) days prior to embarkation can be applied to future charter, after discounting the expenses incurred, if any (if food purchased, captain hired).

NO CREDIT OR REFUNDS will be issued - UNLESS we are able to book another charter for the same day/time & duration. Only then the refund would be issued minus administrative fees (min. $150).

If we are not able to book the day due to your cancellation and you do not want/cannot reschedule – the cancellation fee of min $250 (crew fees for half day) would apply to refunded amount.

Any cancellation within 48 hrs will be charged full amount - unless we can rebook the date for the same charter duration. If we can rebook the date the canellation penalty fee of $150 fee will be charged.

Reschedule / Cancellation due to bad weather at departure time. We can accept cancellations showing up AT EMBARKATION TIME due to heavy rain, lack of visibility or winds in excess of 25 knots. No deposits will be refunded. In this case charter will be rescheduled at both parties convenience or deposit would be held for your future reservation anytime. If provisions have been already purchased for catered charter - the cost of food is non refundable. If you do not want/cannot reschedule – the cancellation fee of $250 (crew fees) would apply to refunded amount. If provisions have been already purchased for a catered charter - the cost of food is non refundable.

Corporate events shall be booked in full 30 days before - reservations are final

Afternoon scattered / isolated showers are normal in Miami and occur mostly inland during summer months (May-Sept) in mid afternoon - they are easily avoidable while sailing in the bay. Scattered / isolated showers DO NOT COUNT to cancelling the charter; if it occurs at embarkation time - the charter would be postponed later in the day (it usually ends within 15 mins).

No show ups will be charged the full amount.

Even after full payment has been received, MIAMISAILING.NET reserve the right to cancel a reservation just by e-mail or phone notification. Just in this case your deposit will be refunded. We will not accept any claims or losses, damages, expenses or liabilities for cancellations. We reserve the right to cancel a reservation without notice if we become aware of or are notified of any fraud or illegal activity associated with the payment for this reservation.
